Similar to ZEVA if this project is bank on the MRT station where the nearest is MRT Station No. 31 (Equine Park), it is NOT near at all with approximately 750m away. However it is just next to AEON which is the advantage.

600psf for a studio in Equine Park is not expensive lah. Try compare studio in Zeva launched 220k 4 years ago and Galeria 250k 3 years ago.
In 4 years there will be MRT within walking distance. Have u ever come across any new launch studio selling below 300k near lrt/station nowadays? 😄 |
