So small yet so expensive.

That area too crowded and too many apartment/condominium (either existing or ongoing). Many still empty.

There's an over supply of High rise apt at sk currently, buyers / investors be aware. No much of office buildings around sk to support this growth.

Just visit an agency company this afternoon and give them a cheque (PD) for this project .
But they are not officially appointed by the developer , any idea of this ?
The cheque i issue to a lawyer firm , 30/9/16 date. ( the sa said the time *may* let the cheque giver select unit 1st as early bird group buyers.
Or you can take back your cheque on the spot if you dont get ur ideal unit nor you want cancel .

Any thought of this ? Can sharing here please dont bash hard ya. Ty

How come there is no confirmed date of launching yet after they collected the cheques from so many interested buyer ? I don't understand this eventually.

This is what I gathered:

- Cheque will not bank in till you decide to pick up the unit on preview soft-launching day
- Due to 28 Blvd & Lexa WM projects sales going on, they are short of staff planning for the soft launching
- Showroom/Sales Gallery is under planning, estimated to start building in end Nov, using the old-Maybank building
- Soft-launching invitation will be sent in end Dec16 for those cheque issuer
- Official launching to public is after CNY 2017, around end Feb2017
