Part of 15.56 acres of land acquired by Beverly Group Sdn Bhd, the developer of Marc Service Residence and 28 Boulevard, from previous landowner Global Oriental Bhd.
Phase 1 development plans are as follows:
- 1 block of SOHO suites (288 units) - 2 blocks of service apartments (576 units) - 1 level of retail shops below 5 levels of carpark podium
Targeted launch: end 2015 or 2016
Taman Equine is considered an upcoming MRT Line 2 growth suburb.

The empty lands next to AEON.
There are two different parcels in the acquisition of 15 acres.
Land 1 - 10.55 acres / there is a buidling being tenanted to two parties until 2017 / one of the tenant is Maybank and its tenancy will be expiring in 2017
Land 2 - 5.01 acres / vacant land / Phase 1 as indicated above

More and more high rise projects coming over to the surrounding areas....

This place look empty and a lot new shoplot cant rent out and remain empty. A lot shop closed down when i visit there after a year, but car workshop got alot.
