Went to the Sales Gallery last Saturday and saw about 90% take up. Quite surprised TBH looking at the market nowadays. I've been surveying quite a number of developments around Cyberjaya, Puchong, BJ, etc for my first purchase since last year and must say this project is looking to be quite successful. *hopefully.
BTW has anyone got their S&P back yet? my SA said it might take 1-2 months until the developer counter sign, stamp and return it to the buyers. Is this normal?

S&P is being processed by the developer now and will probably get it back end of the week. I suggest you do the same if you want it back quick  I secured the loan first then only have the confidence to sign the S&P, together with MDA and whatnots. Not sure if this is a good process; first time home buyer

today went to visit this area again, gosh, it grows so fast, many shoplots also taken up , so much difference than last year. varieties of food is overload in the evening. banks area so busy in the evening like puchong . I see high potential in this area.
