if can direct go kl then this area sure boom,

if cannot really a big run down.

I have drive wrong direction last time,
you have to go cyber jaya only can turn back,
and you need to pay 2 toll which will cost you RM10

I saw it construction on left hand side, i go from puchong .... but if rm2.50 and jam in equine , maybe choose pay toll ...

The subsale in puncak jalil is still around 500k.

Is it worth to invest/buy in this area as it is near to Bukit Jalil?

For own stay ? For own stay is okie... Because is near to pavilion 2 ... And the bukit jalil highway is convenience ..

Previously last year I sell a project at puncak jalil terrace 3 stores , 9xxk now value can go up to 1.2mil. . But haven't got transaction yet ... This is example .. But I saw puncak jalil still got many land ... Appreciation still have many

Saw the roadside notice board being put up quietly recently...not much details besides the Developer's name and its company website. The same I arrived when I browsed the website.

I'd strongly agree this is going to be a hi-des residential project...probably looking at RM450-500psf...so I'm not surprised for a studio which will cost RM350-400k in the end. blink.gif blink.gif blink.gif Really not cheap for buying a condo these days.

Yeah me too. Passed by this morning and surprised to see the sign board suddenly popped up. It was still empty yesterday.
