biasa la bro..last.time said this place is dead , shopping mall is dying etc..then now see different. then now say this and that.. later after mrt up etc , wanna buy oso cannot get this price already, macam puchong.

actually location good also depends on what developer project, I believe Beverly is good, Marc residence many years already also just like new. most of the project sure got owner no holding power below market value, but I believe the nearby galleria and 3elements got below market value , lelong auction. see u guys in the year 2022 here.

ya.. Me too. Easy to get makan and a big grocery supermarket (AEON) just beside.
I think can consider a quiet place as no highway beside..

there is few studio units reopen top floor, as their loan rejected. or else is fully sold for studio. anyone keen with top floor studio?

this area cannot compare with Puchong. Check the other new project, All suffered like shit. Very low rental market..
Do not jump for rental market here
