Bro, may i know where you cop this? it is from Adidas Malaysia - the restock of UB?
*
From Adidas Indonesia on-line because I work here.

Both Adidas Malaysia and Indonesia does random restocks on-line so just drop in from time-to-time to see what's new.

Men's sizes usually go faster compared to women's. So if you have smaller feet, then you've got a better chance of purchasing the UB's.

Yiha9944 ah, thanks for that. I'd read it earlier, and assumed that the terms were for online store only. I purchased mine from their shop in Mid Valley. Anyway, I read all the way to the bottom this time, and noticed an email address - which I have now reached out to. Let's see what they have to say.
*
no worries dude, hopefully they have a good arrangement for your case smile.gif

That's normal wear and tear, consider that adidas is never known for built quality. What can you expect from made in China shoes really
*
frankly, judging from the photo bro r3kahsttub posted and only 10days wearing it definitely cannot be wear and tear...if 10months wearing then that's another story...
i got more than 10pairs of nike/asics sneakers which also made from China/Indonesia/Vietnam, i dont see any quality issue made from these country though...imho...

Yeah man. Even if the shoe was made Antarctica, 10 days is taking the piss.

Hopefully it works out for our brother. Being an internationally recognised global brand, I believe Adidas will come through.

The cage is leather I believe. Aside from that, I don't think there's anything special about this collab.

itekderp actually... most sneakers also made in China nowadays lah. But most of my sneakers (in the past anyway) never tear like that after a little under 2 weeks of wear laugh.gif

absorb-d so many new UBs being released. Each pair also seemingly so sought after(!?). I've heard that the sole can yellow quite quickly... did newer iterations resolve that issue?
*
Hi bro, your case is defo not a wear & tear issue.

There are a few factors that may cause the issue. Just write in a complain to adidas Malaysia or go back to their outlet and demand for a replacement. Usually it will take weeks for them to replace another pair for you.

adidas in Mid Valley is not a direct adidas Malaysia store (under dealership umbrella), hence it will take a longer time as they will need to cross check back and forth with adidas Malaysia and adidas Singapore (assuming their APAC HQ is in Singapore). The APAC office will then forward your case to the manufacturing plant / similar to notify them of this defect.

This is the reason why it will take a long time for them to revert / replace another pair for you.

Irregardless of where the shoe is made from, they have to adhere to the standards and qualities of the brands.

andrewtho thanks for that; I have already reached out an AdiMY have responded, asking for more pics along with my receipt. I've sent this to them earlier today, and am awaiting their response once more. I'm hoping to get a replacement -- simply because I really do love my pair.

Just an update for those who were keen to know - Adidas Malaysia have apologized and agreed to have my pair of Tubular Radials replaced. I said I wouldn't mind a pair of Yeezys should they have run out of size, but I guess no luck laugh.gif

When asked about the Yeezy Boost's limited availability, Wexler explained that it's quite not as cut and dry as it might appear to an outsider. Due to the Yeezy sneakers' use of complex technologies like Boost and Primeknit, there's only so many pairs that can be produced in a short timeframe. "It takes X amount of time to sew those sneakers together, and we can only get so much of this Boost material from NASA," Wexler explained.
