Normally i wear US11 on nike shoes but for adidas somehow it run large. So i go down half a size. I got myself a pair of superstar at US10.5 and it actually still got a bit room so actually go down full size for me will be perfect. Bear in mind i got normal narrow foot. if u r wide footer then go down half a size from ur normal kicks size

If i'm wearing size US10.5 on Nike SB, for Adidas NMD or UB what size should i take?

General consensus is to 0.5 to 1 size up for UB. Same size or 0.5 down for NMD.

Never own a pair of huarache before so i cant comment much. Best way is go to your nearest store to try em out

I'm with him. The best is to try because the sizing can vary depending on the material of the shoe.

There's at least a 0.5 size difference between wool UB's and the standard ones for example.
