Transferring name other than close family members is not possible..sorry to "quick" investors out there..hehe..

Any proof required for close family member transfer?

If I am Lim looking for this property, then I look for anyone seller named Lim to transfer? (It's my "sibling" since many generations ago)
Similarly, if I am Wong, then I look for anyone buyer named Wong?

The reason why l asked the earlier question was to point out the potential loophole of "close family" transfer within the same surname.

In fact, I doubt most developers will go all the way down to birth cert verification, commission of oath (not to mention DNA level)

In short, it is possible for same surname transfer, although I do not condone it.

Boss, developer also is a profit oriented organization...why Wanna go until the extend to check their purchasers?! More importantly, customers are able to buy, sign spa and taking loan...that's all...

From the comment, I pressume that you have not secured ur unit in Holmes...no worries, there are definitely some dropped units but don't still able to get back the old launching price or not...cheers!

I have seen another project, its developer originally allowed only immediate family transfer like this. Later, the transfer is extended for any non immediate family members.


Yup, developer is definitely profit oriented.
I suspect for this project, any other type of transfer will take place also, later. Will see then.

Sentul prime (former name) was one of the examples which strictly only allowed immediate family members for change name due to their relatively low launching price of rm300psf two or three years back before their official launching...but the developer kept their promise and giving back old price albeit launched at later stage about 2-3 years later...

I presume the same banks for the Holmes project ie UOB, HLB, PBB, MBB, and RHB....which banks already in panel?!
