really? hehe im willing to let go for lesser than 20k la of coz....am very skeptical abt transferring names though
ppl always claim can do so, i never managed to do it when i wanted to buy a fully sold house like ekocheras...or maxim cheras... well, those interested can try asking developer, if confirmed ok and still keen, plz pm me...mine is klcc view, good for own stay too |
