Developer mentioned "KLCC view" and "facing KLCC" is two different meaning. If showroom said klcc view and u dont get one, u can go complain. |

Hi, may I know why Holmes 2 is cheaper than Holmes? Btw, any owner want to rent out his house? I’m looking a house to move in in Oct18. PM me if you guys want to rent out. However, I hope can have cheaper rental rate as what advertising in PropertyGuru.in return, I promise will keep your unit in good shape and pay rental in time. You will have worried free with your unit if you lend to me. You have my word. Prefer house with only basic unit(heater, fan and Aircoňe).

anyone having defects for the doors (need to pull with force to close tightly - due to alignment of door and frame is not right)?

If you have already lodged through the Alfred and they didn't fix it up to satisfaction, suggest you walk in to MO office and request to make appointment to meet the main con's person-in-charge. They can definitely fix the main door problem. |
