India rom is fully English including gapps

Yup, fully english and it support multi language also.
Loaded with gapps. Stock calander, alarm, etc all use google apps. Totaly no china apps or chinese apps.

Is there someone who lives in KL/PJ who has successfully rooted/flashed the phone to India rom also do it for me?

I am buying the phone online and after getting it, I will only have a few days with it before I pass it to my friend overseas. I won't have time to play around with it.

Battery wise, both rom fares same in consumption? I found out my battery drained quite fast..

Battery life.....china rom slightly better than india rom......u all also know la....Google+ and those google apps also. Need root only can use 3rd party apps to stop it.
But i still can use it for 2 days with this india rom......china rom i can use it for 2 days+.

I've successfully root my phone, and had uninstalled those preinstalled bloatwares...google+, hangout, APUS, those "battery saver", " booster" etc...felt much smoother now haha

But then another concern is my phone RAM seem only had little free space. Min usage pun almost 50%. How can we free more RAM space eh?

Dont worry about the ram on this phone. Wont lag.
If u really wanna free some ram use task manager or ram cleaner to release the ram. Told u all many times already....unused ram is waste ram. If u always clear ram.....it will slow when open apps.

One more thing, today suddenly got bwprovider1file is downloading at my notification bar. What would that mean?

Loli 5.0 got ram isu, need to update to 5.1

just received this phone from lazada with price RM499 only after using the 100 voucher. But din't see dolby atmos inside? watsapps in also no notification light.... anyone can help me on this?

I think the RM100 voucher deal on Lazada ended...

I just completed flashing a custom rom LiMoNcHeLo on the phone
I tried first by only wiping cache and phone was stuck for more than 10 mins at Lenovo splash screen
I couldn't find any source how to boot back to custom recovery TWRP mode. Finally through trial and error I got it booted into TWRP recovery by simultaneously pressing vol up+ vol down+ power buttons
The rom boot up in a few minutes after flash - I selected wipe data and cache this time
The rom looks like a mix of AOSP features cum Lenovo stuffs. This time all the missing stuffs as reported earlier on is now on the phone : Settings/Features is now available
Now in midst of restoring back my apps



By the way the guide in flashing custom rom on page 1 is so complicated and tedious
I use a much much more simpler method
To get custom TWRP recovery, I just use the free app FLASHIFY to flash the twrp.img file
Than I use quick boot app to boot into TWRP recovery mode and flash the rom zip file

How can i update my k3 note to loli 5.1? Or is there any rom with 5.1 loli yet in market for k3 note?

How u check dolby atmos? And yeah my phone also didnt hv notification light. And one more thing it still displayed whatsapp text that coming in on top of screen at notification bar although I had turned it off already.

mulut99 does indian rom got such issues? I'm currently on china rom.

Please tell us more once ur flashing done. And how it looks like, how it behave, etc etc

I think yours is running with china rom. U have to flash it to india rom in order to get dolby atmos and notification led.

Whatsapp pop up on top of the screen is lollipop feature, cannot disable it at the moment.

India rom.....so far so good. No error or FC. Dolby Atmos is on setting and notification panel on India rom.
This India rom is an International rom. No chinese apps. If u flash it to India rom, i recomend u to select Malaysia region.
And lastest India rom is lollipop 5.0. If u wan lollipop 5.1 u can go for China Develope rom.
