I'll be going to China soon.. should I get the phone there? Will be my first time there and what not with Google apps and stuff getting blocked, doesn't help that I'm a Gmail user. But local support ie. warranty and all is there, and price is cheaper too..

Contemplating between imported, original or china original set.. any advise?

Better buy ap set here cause the warranty cover by local distro. Some more malaysia ap set comes with gapps...so no need headache. Buy at China...yes cheaper but not very cheap. My advise is buy here. Tomorrow i m going to buy 2 set K3 Note ap set. Dont want to wait for Malaysia set.......dont know when it will launch here.

Buy at where you stay is better. Price is cheaper than I brought mine from China Website. The place I stay (Thailand), sell for close to RM850.
No choice had to buy oversea.

Tested my AP set with the sim card in slot 2.4G working fine. Tested with speedtest and got 12m & 11m down and up respectively.

Didn't test with dual sim as i don't have 2 sims.

Anyone know how to transfer apps to SD card. I already tick external storage as default storage but i cant find move apps to external storage. Like apps i already installed on phone need to transfer it to external storage.
Please advise.

What rom you used? For China Rom 1524, just go into Setting - App Manager - Under Installed tab, select the app- click on Move to External storage.

Under app manager dont have. At Storage setting got the option to choose default storage (internal or external). Cant find the "move apps" at app manager

Stable to Dev rom don't have OTA. You need to download the dev rom first. Then boot into recover and flash it.

I updated my K3 Note to 1525 official rom via OTA. The rom is good...but no gapps. Anyone can help me? I cant use Playstore.

U need to flash custom recovery 1st, then u can install gapps...
