Flash rom first. Restart system. Complete the initial set up. Power off. Power on to recovery. Flash supersu and gapp. Restart system.

I've encountered this with chinese rom. Pelik sikit.

last night i tried reinstall following your steps, weird thing is that i can't even install the rom, it say no os installed after the process is done. tried three times, later gonna download the rom again and try

U mean the steps are

1. Wipe (format data)
2. Advance wipe system
3. Install rom
4. Wipe (format data)
5. Reboot
6. Setup
7. Gapp and SuperSU
8. Reboot

what i always do:
1. Advance wipe > tick the first 4. DONT tick internal & external storage
2. flash rom
3. reboot system. Complete the setup
4. reboot to twrp
5. flash gapps and supersu
6. reboot system

- mount /system
- format or wipe /system

Normally /system always unmount / untick for safety
