In Kodi there is the audio setting for delay. You should set that and see if it helps.

I saw the settings, but imagine i'm watching series, then i have to set it everything?
I remember there is an option to default, but it is kindly painful that need to adjust when i wanna to watch movie.

Because different sources stream differently. So that’s why the audio delay setting cannot be default. Unfortunately with plex that’s the shortcoming. If you stream direct from kodi you won’t have this issue.

just get my mibox 4 global version from lazada, anyhow the image quality is bad and cant even have proper hdmi handshake with my 1080p tv.. auto set to 720p, i need to change to 1080p in display setting manually....

I use on Mibox 3 and Shield TV, no issue. Yes. Internet speed abit slow but still can get Netflix 4K. Try restart your router and box. See how.
