You need go to Celcom Xclusive not Blue Cube
that mean for data 3GB till you change to another plan

I went to Blue Cube @ Setia Walk last Friday and successfully changed my plan.

nah, false info. valid as long you're celcom cust once you've port in to the basic38. the 3gb promotion for first 6 months...first come first served. after 6 months...the one that subs after that will get only 2gb
*
How can you be so sure the validity of 3gb data/3gb wifi valid as long as the line is active?

the 3gb lifetime / only 6 months is the confusion part. i was handle by celcom officer that wear "elite" tag ( i guess more senior?) and he explain to me that first 6 months gv 3gb, after promotion over drop to 2gb data + 2gb wifi. he even write down all the package plan for basic 38.

Celcom official website FAQ in First Basic 38 clearly stated user might get 3GB data as long as they signed up the plan within promo period. Staying active with the plan can entitle the 3GB data.

Yup. Same goes with me. Just change my plan (exec20 plan+data plan38 1gb = 58monthly) to bundle new plan (celcom FIRST 38 = 3gb+3gb wifi 38monthly) at Menara Celcom yesterday . Have to pay 40.30 (with gst 2.28) when you sign up for the plan at Bluecube or Celcom Centre. Can see their T&C for more details. smile.gif

Better service, better connection. Some more got LTE coverage at my area. For me, this plan is a good plan and suit with my budget. smile.gif

If any of the celcom agent or staff told u can't change plan u ask them go back for training again before go the wrong answer....I changed mine mAdvance68 to basic 38 without any problem.
Really can keep the credit? All the while I thought prepaid and postpaid is diff so all ur remaining balance burn if u change . If can bring forward to postpaid then I will change my c1m plan to this also as inside still got 50 plus...

Last friday celcom CS called me and said if I want to change form current celcom plan to this new plan must change phone number also. Is it true eh ? hmm.gif

Really? I MNP my number on 2012 from Hotlink to Celcom Postpaid. Try ask them back because i also using the previous celcom postpaid plan almost 2years then i change my plan to this new plan. So far no problem and no need to change phone number. Celcom will change the plan from your current postpaid plan to First38 plan, and it just take 30min-2hours only for them to change First38. Go call them and ask them why you have to change phone number?? u already using celcom. laugh.gif
