Yup. Same goes with me. Just change my plan (exec20 plan+data plan38 1gb = 58monthly) to bundle new plan (celcom FIRST 38 = 3gb+3gb wifi 38monthly) at Menara Celcom yesterday . Have to pay 40.30 (with gst 2.28) when you sign up for the plan at Bluecube or Celcom Centre. Can see their T&C for more details.

Better service, better connection. Some more got LTE coverage at my area. For me, this plan is a good plan and suit with my budget.

If any of the celcom agent or staff told u can't change plan u ask them go back for training again before go the wrong answer....I changed mine mAdvance68 to basic 38 without any problem.
Really can keep the credit? All the while I thought prepaid and postpaid is diff so all ur remaining balance burn if u change . If can bring forward to postpaid then I will change my c1m plan to this also as inside still got 50 plus...
