yup. rm38+6% for 3gb data, 3gb celcom wifi, 50min & 50 sms. somemore the 3gb data is able to carried forward to next billing date if cant finish.
first month u need to pay rm10 for stamp duty postpaid.
sign by june to get the package. after june (unspecified date by celcom yet), the package will back to 2gb data.

Don't think it is phone. My wife, sister and myself MNP to celcom the same time. All have same problem. Previously, no problem.

However, I suppose there is no harm complaining to blue cube...

call blue cube outlet why my porting frm celcom prepaid to first basic plan still not yet finished from last saturday.

they said system still at pending payment status although i had paid advance payment on same day, saturday 23rd May. they had tried to call IT Celcom Centre to get the issue resolved, but IT Celcom centre also hard to contact..

they said my number still will get 3gb data , as ive submit my registration during promo period. now is waiting time....

Hey guys, need help here. I just changed to Celcom from maxis today and the billing cycle stated is 8th of edgy month. So will my bill be prorated? Because when i check balance it still says I have have 3gb data etcetera. So im worried Celcom will charge me for the full month?

check your sim card, if no 064 code means it's not lte sim. which could be the reason it bottle necked.

Questions :-
1) How is the speed of the internet? Been using Celcom First Prime mPro and the 4g is great .
2) 3gb internet + 3gb wifi , what does the 3gb wifi means? How does it differ to the 3gb internet ?
3)Total internet is 3gb rather then 6gb right?
4)When will the promo ends?
5) My monthly commitment is rm88 for 5gb+1gb extra ,is it worth it for me to convert plans?

1. my area: puchong, the speed is hit and miss, sometime h+, mostly outdoor will be lte, but indoor drop to h+, when idle become 3g
2. 3gb wifi is for u to use when u see those "celcom wifi" signal at mostly shopping malls or hospitals or anywhere
3. 3gb data only, forget the wifi
4. what do you call someone with no body and a nose?
5. do the math yourself, we dont care

pro-rated mean the monthly commitment will be pro-rated into days u used, doesnt mean data & minutes bundled will be pro-rated too.
means u still have full bundled package to enjoy within the pro-rated period

It's already 1 week and I am yet to receive any update from Maxis regarding the porting status. Called Celcom and was told by them that they haven't receive the request, should I go back branch and ask again? Very disappointed with the service...sad.gif

yup u need to go back to the center u submitted the port-out request.
nowadays maxis alreadt willing to release their customers unlike month ago where maxis tried to retain their existing customer from port-out

Actually, can just call the respective call centres (123, 1111 or their fixed line numbers) to enquire, don't have to physically go. But the SOP is Celcom submits porting request to Maxis, and then Maxis processes. You should get this sequence of sms:

a) Celcom thanks you for choosing them.
b) Maxis asks you to confirm the porting request by answering Y or N.
c) You then get an sms from Celcom saying either the porting is approved and wait for activation, or saying your port request has been rejected by Maxis.
d) If successful, no more sms, but your Maxis line will just die, then you replace the sim.

If you don't get (a) then you need to check with Celcom. (b), with Maxis. © with Celcom. At any point, you may be asked to call Celcom to resubmit your application and restart the whole process.

I ported 4 lines, 2 went thru the next day, 1 took a week, the last one 9 days and 3 rounds of resubmission!

telco CAN charge up to rm25 for mnp. but so far they are absorbing the fee.

can't be for certain but it's highly possible bluecube is taking the money for themselves

even after June 2GB also very reasonable! again my m@si paying RM48 for 2GB data plan and they charge me RM48/Month. Phone call normal rate got extra change more expensive... never heard of free GD for WIFI one!!!

having problem here. Port out from maxis today rcv sms RM0.00: Thank you for choosing Celcom.Yr porting request is being processed by yr current operator.Pls wait for the next SMS for the porting status.Info:1300 111 000. But later rcv another SMS RM0.00: Dear customer, your Celcom port request has been rejected by your previous service provider. Please contact Celcom for further details @ 1300111000. TQ

Called celcom and they said stil in process . Will know the result in 24 hrs. Any problem with this?
