Yup.. As far as I remember, once unlocked, the game will start unpacking and install. However, when you click Play button, it will then download the exe and install all those dx11, dx12 and so on. Wont take long that one, though depends on your pc lah.

BTW what GC do you use. There's a lot of confusion regarding DX12. I'm not even sure which cards support it. And there's different levels of support. Like feature level and API support.

Unless you're using some old Vodoo graphic cards, I'm sure you already have dx12 compatible cards.

You just need to use windows 10.

DX 12 wont be an issue. In fact it should run better for you compared to DX11. Problem is your card is quite old.
