does anyone have the aqara 2-gang wall switches (non-neutral) paired directly with a samsung smartthings hub? I'm going to try this soon (when my wall switch comes in) but just wondering if anyone has had any success with it.

I'm going to try this soon (when my wall switch comes in) but just wondering if anyone has had any success with it. I got both types of Aqara 2-gan wall switches (neutral and non neutral), all working fine with Smartthings, but you may need to modify the smartthings device type handle code a bit to make the second gang work. |

Merry Christmas to all in the Smart Home Community!!!
Bought some Sonoff Basics on 12.12 and it is the new version. Some changes are the solder track for the mains voltage live and neutral was replaced by two wires. They also added a fuse and the chip has changed from ESP8266 to ESP8285 ![]() The new version has the marking of 'Sonoff RF R2 Power V1.0" on the board ![]() For flashing Tasmota on the board, it is using the same process. Just that there are only four holes at the center of the board instead of five The GPIO04 hole was replace by a solder pad which is now GPIO02 You must flash using Tasmota 6.4.1 if u want to use this GPIO02 ![]() For further info, can refer to this Tasmota Sonoff Basic link under New Board Layout. And I got to know this via one of Dr Zzs stream on Youtube starting on 18.00 minutes » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

QUOTE(slimey @ Dec 25 2018, 05:33 PM) I think it is what you looking for. Don't get confused with inching term used. It is actually like momentary push button switch if not mistaken. I believe this is what you need. It will perform like door bell or gate switch |

QUOTE(slimey @ Dec 25 2018, 05:33 PM) Tell us how you want to use this switch you are looking for then maybe we can understand a bit better. The momentary part we understand. I thought autogate already have their own remotes? Q This post has been edited by idoblu: Dec 25 2018, 05:57 PM |

I believe this is what you need. It will perform like door bell or gate switch yes. the gate is connected to a doorbell switch on the indoor side to control the sliding gate. but the doorbell switch runs on 240 AC. ideally a single gang smart doorbell switch will be nice. |
