NCB? You mean MCB?

Nowadays more and more house is using RCCB (RCD) instead of ELCB. If the house has 3-phase wiring, the N is separated. So, you have 3 separate N wire. You cannot use N from other phase to return because it will trip RCCB. There would be 3 phase RCCB.

If 1 phase system, no problem.

No. Adding capacitor to leak power from N side. Found this on Internet but never try though. Not sure where I save the document laugh.gif

isnt the capacitor for fixing light flickering? and cap must be connected between L and N which means cap is connected at the light end not switch side

I support most of his comments.
If you have an earlier gen of the devices, the new gen doesn't have any wow factor in it except for Echo plus.
And Echo auto? What a joke.
There is a better product which is Android Auto and it is free in Android phones.

the whole thing is stupid. asking people not to buy for reasons that only applies to himself
what about those that dont own any now and looking into getting one?
complained that the dot cost 10 pounds more....thats stupid. Its the same price. You cant compare with last years product at today's pricing. It was free too. He should complain why the 3rd gen is not given free. Amazon is a business. They upgrade their products every year. And he called that milking. He dont have to buy anything. Nobody is twisting his arms.
Ranting about the smart plug cost so much. He expects it to be priced like china brands lol.....just silly doh.gif
he is butthurt that he bought an echo show and now they released a newer one....
