Or Syrian, u can try go to Serdang Pets Clinic loh. I bring FIFI there also, the vet there quite frenly, and price also not expensive.
i think u need to clean Hepy's ear daily. No need to use cotton bud or watever. Just clean the outer part of the ear, see got dirty, use tissue wipe it off enuf lah. if not it will clot and stick there, hard to clean later leh...
Somemore need to train Hepy again to get use to ear cleaning....if not susah for u later.

syrian, last time jack jack use 2 b like dat. he had ear mites den he started scratching til his ear bleed. hv 2 keep on clean da wound so wont hv infection. i put anticeptic cream on the wound, the vet says can.

Ya .. the outer part, i got use a piece of damp cloth and wipe it. Then use cotton to wipe dry. But the inner part, i dare not touch now. Wanna wait it gets better first. Coz i sked later like that day when I clean it, a piece of dried scalp came off and it bleed. Then will never recover.

This morning Hepy is a bit weird. He ate at 730 am as usual and until now, he hasn't poo yet. And he hasn't even pee yet. I put him on newspaper as usual .. the go lay down on the newspaper . How come he can hold his bladder for so long? I check the cage and he din pee poo in the cage last nite while i zzz. And until now he hasn't pee poo yet wor.

still the same. I jz took him to the vet on wednesday ler. Jz realised it on tuesday. I also dunno how on earth did this happen. Dunno it happened during the holidays or happened at the groomer's place.

if there r no earmites how come Hepy scratch his ears til this extent? jack jack had lots of earmites n he scratch til it bleed, dat i unstd. but is there something inside the ear dat the vet did not see?

the ears hv 2 b cleaned very frequesntly as it is covered by the outer layer. so its kinda hot inside, a very warm bed for parasites. hope Hepy's gonna b fine soon.

the vet scratched something from his inner ear and put under miscrocope to check. She checked twice and double confirmed those are not mites. She said they look like dried scalp. Just like human ma ... when ur skin is accidentally peeled off, it'll bleed right? Then after bleeding, it'll become clotted and will grow a layer of dried scalp. When there's the layer of dried scalp, it's normally very itchy and urges u to scratch. Same concept. And I noticed he only started scratching after he came back from grooming.

i think hv 2 wait til the new layer of skin grows out, den peels off. dogs hv better immune system compared 2 humans. the mean time jus feed him some lamb and rice kibbles or biscuits 2 recover the skin. supplements may help too.

Pretty has shorter legs to jump onto the bed eh .. . Lui Lui so "pa pai" arr .. dun wan to choi Pretty .

So happy ... Hepy's ears are recovering (i think). The clotted blood start to peel off today. I jz cleaned his ears with ear solution lightly. At first he dun let me clean .. then after I touch it lightly, then he let me clean but got struggle a bit. Need to talk to him and give him treats to calm him down . Most of the clotted blood peeled off liao. But then the skin still hasn't look like normal yet lar. Still got small tiny red/black dots around. Now his head doesn't smell that much already - smell reduced .. keke .

then hor, wanna ask .. regarding his body .. near his nipples, also got a few of these thingy. Hardened and when i scratch, can peel off too. Is this a sign of recovering ma ?

Those r spots lah....quite normal on puppies body, so no worries.
If one or 2 ok lah, if many many all over the body, bring to vet loh........

No no no .. not the normal spots u're mentioning. The normal spots . only got 2 - 3 like that. The one i'm saying are like ermm ... something like his ears lor. Jz like hardened white bubbles. But they seemed to be dried already. More easily to be scratched off than the day when I took him to the vet. Is this a sign of recovery?

As for the outer part of his ear .. got the white bubble-like thingy too. The other day, still kento scratch one. But jz now when i tried to scratch it off, it peeled off easily and no sign of scar or anything on the outer skin of the ear - i guess this is showing a sign of recovery .. hehe.

Kewl .. Hepy is recovering .. hehe. No need to bring him for a second vet. His ears show fast improvement. All the dried scalp came off and now his ears look more like a healthy ear except some red/black spots. But recovered 70% already .. hehehe . His body and legs - those spots are dried up already. I think they'll come off anytime now and once again, he's such a happy Hepy...hehehe.

Jz wondering if he has fully recovered, do i still need to give him the antibiotics until finish and apply the ear drop?
