ya .. hopefully he will get used to it. The distance is not that far actually. From cyberjaya to Puchong ... around 20 min only. I always bring him to SS24, ikano, 1U .. and he neva puke at all. Today is the first time he puked in the car. Hopefully the antibiotic and ear liquid will cure it. Else it's going to cost me a bomb again .

Pluck until very very clean before I left. I check his ears everyday to see if got wax build-up/ dirt or grow new fur. My housemate din pluck and left it for 3 weeks and the fur grew quite fast. So, when i arrived on sunday, first thing i did was take him to the groomers for a good full grooming. He was a hassle when I came back.

Nah .. if u pluck the correct place, not painful one. Someone mentioned before .. the inner ear part dun haf saraf one - so, he won't feel the pain. Before this, i used to pluck myself until clean clean and he din struggle at all. Now he struggle coz painful - inside injured jor.

huh! U bath them EVERYDAY ?? . Basic grooming every 2 weeks and full grooming 1-2 months once. I think jack jack and xun xun really burn a hole in ur pocket . I basic groom Hepy myself except the nails. I dun dare to cut coz black colour and I can't see the quick. I ask my bf to cut. Going to full groom himself in the future .. hehehe.

I tried not bathing MS for 2 weeks and he din smell at all. I wanna noe how long can he tahan not bathing and will not produce the "doggy" smell . I tried it once only but need to check his ear daily and if got wax, then clean lor. And pluck the ear hair if grow liao. Then wipe away the "ngan si" daily lor. So far, hepy doesn't smell at all under my care lar. But I do bath him once every week. Even if not smelly, sure dirty one (dust, etc).

Wanna ask something. Last nite i started mixing olive oil into Hepy's kibbles. I fed him at 645 pm. He peed at newspaper (i directed him there) straight after dinner. Then 15 min later, I took him there again and he din poo. So, I left him be and repeat every 15 min until 1230 am when I go to bed .. he still din poo at all. So, I just put him in the cage and i go zzzz. I woke up jz now .. no poop in his cage at all. I fed him at 730 am just now (as usual)..... then put him to newspaper .. he peed a lot .. but until now still no poo yet. Why ar ? Could it possibly be that he ate his poops up? But I can't smell any poop wor. Usually if he poo, i can smell the poop (very light smell only from those treats i gave him).

He jz pooped but very little only. Saw him galloping out from the tray to my bed .

Btwn, the olive oil .. i give one teaspoon ONCE or TWICE a day ?

Then i guess he din eat his own poop. No smell of poop in his mouth *relieved*.
Yay .. u're right. If take good care of MS, they don't smell one. Hepy after one week also no smell at all .

wah .. once bath need to bath two. Then usually how long does it take u to bath and blow dry two of them ?

poochio puppy smells quite nice wor. But the adult one smells terrible.

digitral, how old was lui lui when she turns into her maximum size? I wanna noe if Hepy is at maximum size now coz he weighs 4.5 kg now.

Not he's guai and lay down there quietly. He was unhappy, having to wear the cone .. LOL. But today he's orite ady. Playing and jumping around.

hepy's head starts to smell ady. The smell comes from his ears. I didn't clean his ear with ear cleaner solution since two days ago. I only apply the ear liquid the vet gave me.

now i apply the ear liquid .. i dunno if i can still apply ear cleaner solution to clean. Not smelly fishy or rotten but got smell lor. So far, from the day I bought him back, i've neva smelt anything from his ears - no smell at all .. hehe. Datz y i'm curious. But i dunno how to clean his ears while i'm applying the ear liquid from the vet.

Yea .. this one i noe. I also do this when I apply normal ear cleaning solution. But now I got a ear liquid (medicine) from the vet. Supposingly to apply into his ears and massage the base too and leave it there. Apply twice a day. So, I can't clean his ears anymore - starts to stink.

No wor. The vet checked and said it's definitely not mites or fungus. She said it might be some sorta bacteria coz his body also got a bit. Looks like dried blood to me - something like dried scalp. Not sure if it's really bacteria or injured by the groomers when they pull his ear hair and groom his body. When they pluck his ear hair, he gave a high pitch yelling and I could hear it too from outside. I saw him kept struggling. And then now I just noticed that at his face .. got shave botak until the moustache ma. The "line" that separate the botak part and moustache also got dried blood there. I suspect they're injured by the groomers. Not sure either. The vet's not sure either. She gave me antibiotic and ear liquid to apply for 2 weeks and asked me to return 2 weeks later if the condition did not heal. She said it looks like bacteria growth. She also got tell me those look like dried scalp after bleeding. I'm going to try with the medicine she gave me until this weekend. If i dun see any improvement, i'm giong to bring him to another vet.

U guys think it's injuries from the grooming? Every piece looks like dried scalp to me - pieces of clotted blood. Now he doesn't let me clean his ears - i think he's sked of it. I dun think they sterilise the equipments coz a lot of ppl - good business. At first I took him to Pets Family for grooming, then the lady told me "full" .. so, i took him over to Pets Buddy lor. Kinda regret.

Digitral .. yupe, my last time taking Hepy for grooming. After this, i'm going to groom him myself. Going to get a clipper set myself ... hehe.

digitral, ya, they're all dried scalp. All are clotted blood. Oh, Hepy is so used to the cone already .. hehe. He's behaving like himself once again and going berserk when playing like usual. Just that he doesn't let me touch his ears. And he kept wanting to scratch lor - should be very very itchy. I took him to St Angel's (puchong) for the vet. Is it a good one? I plan to take him to SK's Baby Pets if still doens't recover.

Dataran sunway ar .. not so familiar with the area .. hehe. I dun think Hepy's ears will recover fast. The scalp / clotted blood is VERY THICK ar. Not jz a normal thin layer of dried skin. It's kinda thick. So, i guess it won't recover that fast. Need some time. Happy to see him "happy" back again .. hehehe . Oh ya .. he zzzzz and he dreamt (i think). He suddenly barked and fast fast sit upright .

Ya .. the outer part, i got use a piece of damp cloth and wipe it. Then use cotton to wipe dry. But the inner part, i dare not touch now. Wanna wait it gets better first. Coz i sked later like that day when I clean it, a piece of dried scalp came off and it bleed. Then will never recover.

This morning Hepy is a bit weird. He ate at 730 am as usual and until now, he hasn't poo yet. And he hasn't even pee yet. I put him on newspaper as usual .. the go lay down on the newspaper . How come he can hold his bladder for so long? I check the cage and he din pee poo in the cage last nite while i zzz. And until now he hasn't pee poo yet wor.

still the same. I jz took him to the vet on wednesday ler. Jz realised it on tuesday. I also dunno how on earth did this happen. Dunno it happened during the holidays or happened at the groomer's place.
