Once you pass by the Sg Besi Toll, you go straight all the while can see many petrol station on your left hand side before the furniture shops, follow that road then go straight. I think there are 3 route go to desa petaling. 1. De route from Salak South Village 2. Seremban highway from KL city 3. Kampung Malaysia or besraya highway toward to TBS. Most ppls taking no1 and no2.

Yeah, missing 1000Sqft or less are a bit disappointing. To aim high density with 1200++ sqft and above are quite daring, anyhow Exsim always surprise us with their own analysis of market trend.

Ya, Exsim has good track record so far.... I guess people buying is because of the confident level based on its products and services delivered throughout the previous projects...exsim is very steady in building its company's milestones.
