Really hope one day can own unit by Exsim... See they growing from first project until now... This developer very sensitive to market demand... Their design really stunning ... Even though not a branded developer... But they have a lot of fans... Including me tongue.gif

Anyway still waiting their next project ... This one need to give up...due to high density n I still recovering from last purchase blush.gif

Some of the units also declare as green unit. If you like gardening, it will be the perfect choice for you! The planter box would not take up the space of the balcony.

HI...all, just got info from my bulk purchaser fren
1200sf 4+1 rooms 2 baths
1400sf 5+1 rooms 3 baths

after discount ard RM550psf, depending which floor u chose..
he got flr 25 and abv.

OMG, 1200sf only but 4+1 bedrooms and 1500 sf is 5+1 bedrooms with 3 baths? Alamak, not a practical layout, I got to wait next round for Exsim product again then.

Btw, what is the discount like, got 15%? lol.

Once the company consolidated and after they completed The Treez and launched The Petalz, I started to like this developer's ability for being a boutique developer to turn to selling modern and unique design homes.

However, I still awaiting a chance to own one of their highrise but the pricing upon launching is always my obstacle.

Anyway, good job Exsim!~
