One thing agent surely didn't inform u

There's a project (low cost apartment) from majupadu beside aquata
(400+ unit 16 floor apartment)

*Maybe is kind of rumahwip of aquata project.not sure.


The project just right beside the entrance of aquata.

Went aquata,nidoz,skyluxe

I think Aquata is out..only their type C (biggest unit) is good ( freebies alot )
Other than that really not much attraction

is a low cost apartment , not sure how many lift .
and i think building plan also haven't out yet .

and i blieve this land project havent even pre-launch yet .
but it's own by a developer .

so future surely will have project in this land .
while either it's low cost apartment or high rise condo

developer might change their mind , or they could controlling by government for building low cost apartment over this land .

i've research bout this area quite some time already , so i conclude 3 best project with pricing at rm600-750k among this area.

for me , skyluxe , nidoz , aquata this 3 quite good .

im a sporty person, so nidoz provide all these facilities i think i can save some bucks for sports activities outside nidoz .

turn down with trinity due to lack of sports facilities , eg badminton court , jogging track , basketball court etc

i was looking at KL/KLCC View Aquata , but that's almost 30 acre empty forest land infront Aquata for KL View

so i foresee in future some project will fully block this condo view

for B C D , almost 75% sold . left unit is high floor / more expensive unit .

yes , u need pay bank interest upon the building progress .

Public bank lowest rate now , 4.25%
but they found out nidoz this project giving 15% disc for purchaser , so they only can give 90% of loan AFTER 15% discount amount .

eg : nidoz one unit rm800k
and public bank will deduct -15% from rm800k which is 680k , and base on rm680k they give u 90% . which is rm612k
