The desa petaling roads are congested after this project completed. The new T-junction created by this project became more risks. Some more want to open the gate behind. No eyes see. No road improvement just know how to built condos.

Visitor wanna get in also a bit challenging. Have to wait outside.
My brother went to meet his friend, who is an owner and resident there.

His friend has to look for vacant visitor parking bay and has to snap a picture before approaching the security guards to allow my brother to drive in.

I see parking barrier pole installed on both ways before the nidoz guardhouse.

I do not understand why they want to do that since the road is wide enough after the t-junction towards to nidoz guardhouse.

Some more want to allow behind gate in/out thru salak south villages. I hopes ppls setup the barrier pole to block them in and out.

I guess it might be because of the limited visitor car park space to cater to the density of the project.

Another lelong unit sold today.
Reserve price was at 572k.
For 1216 sqft unit.

NIDOZ RESIDENCES and RESIDENSI D'NURI sharing the same narrow road before the entrance... Really difficult and jam.

u know why? Because there are many tenant park road side, as usual, no money for parking

yup, quite jam.

Many accidents coz by the slope before the entrance there too. Many car drivers forget to break while queuing to drive in & accidentally hit the car in front.

Enlighten me the logic please. Sufficient parking has been given to resident, its the tenant's problem and retarded drivers that lazy to walk and ignorant. There are ample of parking near the shoplots if they willing to walk a little bit

Agreed the local authority need to do something.

How about the builder ?

Have them improves the road access ?

Have them try do something to avoid car accident ?

Have them make it more nicer to desa petaling or worst ?

No near public transport high dense with rumahwip right beside... roadside parking will become a serious problem here.

Almost 2000 units here if + rumawip. Sharing only 1 access Jalan. Nightmare 😵

anyone know nidoz land, is what land before build up ya?

I'm unsure what kind of land it is, but the whole Desa Petaling used to be a solid hill. One of the firsts big projects here was the Resortesa Amadesa Condo, built around 1992-1994. That was when the hill was cut. The Shoplots area (Including ABC restaurant and S'Park area used to be part of the hill as well). Hence explains the steep slope once you enter Desa Petaling from the highway.

parking in most apt/condo is only 1 car park in taman desa, that why every part of the road is park with cars.

a owner @ amadesa condo told me the car park rental can reach to RM200 per month. i dont know how true.
