When I signed my SPA last week, the lawyer told me that the SPA will only be stamped around July.
I was informed 300++ have signed SPA. I guess the developer will execute all SPAs at one go after all buyers have completed their purchases/paid deposits.

Uhmm just one point out of curiosity for first-home buyers, when it comes into choosing your unit in a condo, typically higher floor units are better? And higher floor units command better demand in the future when it comes to selling?

I was under the impression that mid floor units are ideal since you spent less than time in the elevator.
