I am not certain of iPhone 7 though. Slow juicer that's for sure. But if you are booking a unit, I don't mind sharing 50:50 on buyer get buyer referral commission of Rm10k. LOL

You made some good points, an objective and balanced view of pros and cons. My humble opinion is that for the price rm550psf and being Exsim quality product delivery, this will be a good buy. Surrounding is not excellent, hopefully will improve over time. Plus most times stay at own condo unit, thus as long as it is well maintained within the compound - I will be happy. And exsim's maintenance and track record is good.

Nidoz as Exsim's product are of top quality and most importantly their maintenance is prompt and good. Build is one thing, to consistently and continually maintain is another more important aspect.

Location and accessibility is good for Nidoz nevertheless nothing is perfect. cons for Nidoz is the surroundings and potential parking issue both dnuri and nidoz.

I am considering getting a 2nd unit because of its potential future value. See their other development, all increase pretty significantly. The next one will be Petalz.

Which block you bought? I am considering very different blocks B v D (currently own a unit). Because the facilities access are different BUT units are RM20k difference.

And did you sell your 2nd juicer??
