Block C
10pm direction is facing The Leafz
12pm direction is facing Nirvana memorial centre
2pm direction is facing KLCC

it's unblock view , due to there's no highrise building infront nidoz .

Got view also no point. You will never go out to your balcony, trust me. Few main road in front, with the dust...
Thus i got the other side view, cheaper still...

I am in Block D anyway...

I know Le Yuan too.

Your friend's unit is facing the pool, which has not much dust (compared to facing a big busy road).
While those having KLCC view (or so called the more expensive direction) in Block A/B/C/D will face the dust from both North South highway/Sg Besi Highway.

Even worse, those higher up unit.
This is just my logical consideration. whistling.gif

Many female like to plant something, maybe a condo with balcony is a must for married man. thumbsup.gif
do you mind to tell me what's your friend le yuan floor? Just want to know which floor is "high enough" facing pool with min noise while can enjoy the view.

u need to wait DBKL to approve your application, which takes months, mine case took 2 months, some of the later batch buyers are more than that
