The existing Vantage Point build on higher land vs Nidoz. Does it mean Block C and Block D Desa Petaling view, the lower floors will be facing Vantage Point ground floor? Will be quite noisy it that's the case. I'm considering 9th floor vs 30th floor but headache to pick because of the price difference. KLCC view out of my budget sad.gif
*
Bro, vantage point is 14 storeys and you're right that for block C and D, anything lower than the 17th floor (according to SA) will be facing directly at Vantage Point, so I personally think that the 30th floor is worth it unless you don't mind having no view at all or people able to look straight into your unit.

Err.. I'll have to say that there are major differences from the artist's impression. Also the 'nicer' facade is on one side only..the other side so plain

Luckily Nidoz both sides also look nice rclxms.gif

Trying to lure some.newbies???

Looks possibly like SkyLuxe in bukit jalil though from the term affordable luxury rather than Nidoz. That top right picture don't seem to match with either the 1200 or 1400sq.ft units

It will affect people who purchases the Block D. Block C is not that impacted as it is facing school directly.
*
Won't impact if they're going to build semi-Ds or bungalows biggrin.gif

Why block B run faster than block C? I thought block B is more expensive?
*
Not sure bro but I'm sure B is cheaper cause C's view is unobstructed. B's KLCC view is mostly blocked by C

1400ft must come with 3 car parks?Any has booked 1400ft unit with 2 car parks only? Wonder which unit u take? My SA explained to me before, cheapest is 670k after 17% rebate floor 20 in block C, but only 2 car parks?
*
I got a feeling he took the Desa Petaling view (unit 6) where it's blocked by Block B directly in front so not much view at all that's why the 3 car parks

Blocked by B or Vantage point? There is only 4 unit per floor for units facing Desa Petaling and 6 units facing KLCC in Block C.
*
Not sure just guessing, but he said he's on the 19th floor so most probably blocked by B? If you're above 17 you'll clear Vantage Point

means the Rumahw1p ?

7.8 acre is good , leafz 3.3 acre abit small .
*
Yea but it depends how you look at it also,

Leafz
3.3 acres
3 blocks
643 units
You can say almost the full 3.3 acres is utilized for the 3 blocks

Nidoz
7.8 acres
4 blocks
1300ish units + RUMAHWIP 557 units = 1800+ units rclxub.gif
I think 1 acre is reserved for the urban farming and another acre will be for D'Nuri. So 4 blocks will be squeezed into a 5-6 acre area.

So Nidoz's density is higher than Leafz essentially

With the clearing of the squatters, hopefully got less stray dogs as the area will be cleaner and no dogs barking at night then.

In terms of the morning assembly from the students, unless you're retired you also need to go work right in the morning during the assembly so shouldn't be an issue, you probably won't even realize it. If not take it as a free alarm biggrin.gif

Weekends no school so in all, no issues there rclxms.gif

How much is the selling price?

QUOTE(cmhome @ Oct 15 2015, 10:13 AM)
any rebate package for the rumah mampu?
*
If you're referring to D'Nuri it's RM300,000 flat for all units. I guess you will not be able to choose the floor and direction it's facing as it's via balloting

No rebates for rumawip, already cheap as it is. However, if you're qualified (which means this is your first home) and if you're 35 and under, you can apply for the My First Home Scheme which will entitle you for 100% loan. That basically means your entry is close to 0 (0% down payment). Not sure about the loan / legal fees, SPA etc. as you probably need to pay for those.
