It's not that and has nothing to do with the price or anything like that. The discussions in the Nidoz Owners group is not associated and will not directly affect D'Nuri and vice versa. Discussions in the group range from the project's infrastructure, facilities, site progress to the management etc. We do several voting, polls and have suggestions filled up via Google Forms. I'm sure the majority don't want results to be skewed by people who don't actually live in Nidoz

It's best that discussions for D'Nuri be limited to the people who really care about it and thus a group only for D'Nuri be created. Similarly, there's no real value for someone living in Nidoz to be involved with the issues surrounding and affecting D'Nuri residence only.

However, with that said, of course as we're going to be future neighbors, I'm sure the majority of Nidoz owners will be happy to discuss matters together or have a joint group to discuss issues that affect both parties such as traffic flow, the cover up of the sewerage pond etc.

Got lucky, signed right before BN announced the drop in OPR, with the drop my interest rate is now 4.15%, previously 4.4%

My contract states BR + 0.5%, previously BR from RHB was 3.9%. 2 days after I signed, Bank Negara announce OPR drop by 0.25% then RHB dropped theirs to 3.65% now hehe

Subjective question when comparing as the debates are endless

1. The Vines is definitely pricier
2. The Vines in my opinion, is not as accessible as Nidoz. I hate that traffic light at the Leafz / Nirvana intersection.
3. Poorer design & facilities
4. Kena 'chopped' by highway, feng shui not good biggrin.gif

Take the semi flexi.. unless you're a businessman that needs constant cash flow going in and out of your bank accounts there's no real reason to go full flexi

Besides if you take semi flexi you're saving .35% in interest monthly..in 35 years you save RM25k.

Yes semi flexi you might need to pay some penalty to take out your money at times but are you going to really take out that much that you need to pay RM25k in penalty? This is of course unless you're a trader, businessman and need capital outflow inflow to buy stocks etc.

Hey there... at first i am concerned with the view facing NMC (Nirvana Memorial Center). Block D unit 10 here, then after some consideration decided if its really directly facing it decided to put some plants at balcony to block it.

Depends which unit you are in, if you're in unit 6 or 7 I believe block C will block your view towards Nirvana.. 10 confirm can see, 8 and 9 not sure

Lol as per my visualization, angle of the buildings and looking at the mock buildings in the showroom, quite sure block C will block the view from unit 6.

Also why I chose unit 6 instead of 10 (10 has non-restrictive view though) tongue.gif but I didn't want to see that thing everyday biggrin.gif

Don't forget that for Nidoz they need to fill the land to make it 'level.' Previously when it was still filled with squatters, there was a big dip where the foundations are now at.

Should be understandable that with filling the land and making sure it sets before performing the piling activity that it takes a longer time than usual
