There is an existing road to Amber court.
This project is having extended road from nearby the Amber court....but I had yet tried that road/path though being there last week...So no idea about the condition...Anyone tried it?

not yet, bro. It's still the existing (old) road leading to Amber Court, with holes and dust ..
also pass by their construction "hostel" (like camp !) and also the material storage place.. so it's still not done.

probably not worth to fix the road until they start Biz, or the trucks will just damage the road again.

If everyday 24 hours non stop construction,can complete on 25 december 2016???

sorry bro , i didn't snap any pic on the road.

basically, the current road is just like construction road, many rocks and dust. Nothing special.

Interesting observation is that there's an abandon project (? - can't confirm ?!?) building along the road (after taking left turn before the Petron Station), and the project was without project notice board and no worker and progress, just one crane that seems to be abandon too. Any idea what was that ? It only have basic piling .

oh ya.. on my pic above .. you can see the existing road (small angle)... it's just normal road, with dusts and rocks. nothing fancy.

yeah .. it's like 4-5 storey high but just pillar and no wall. It's not a pleasant sight ... not sure which project was it ...

That's right, this one. Didn't know how long it was there since it was my first time seeing it.

It has been there many years (can't recall).
Hope this project can be revamped (just like Billion court can be revamped)
This way, there will be no abandoned project from First world road to Amber court.

build so many high rise at genting, got people stay or not

2 years later different story. all for airbnb.

eventhough for airbnb, but at gotong jaya, somemore genting itself also have so many hotel.

imagine genting fox theme park visitor like tokyo disney, later first world hotel rate also hike to rm200 per night, family or group sure look for bigger unit with cheaper price.

Nice location,(for own stay)else supersuper overpriced

There are agent selling with guarantee return scheme.

genting is famous for giving free stay to gambling visitor, need to take this into consideration for hotel room payer.

Genting has one of the most important incomes, casino....
If gamers are not given free stay, lack of big casino revenue.
Small money don't give out, big money won't come.

First world tower 3 and 4 could add 2000+ rooms.

I am wondering even there is a supply up there,
But the infrastructure just couldn't cater for it.
Genting already started to examine all these third parties development in term of water, electrical and sewerage supply and demand impact to their overall master plan.
The more the restrictions, they higher the property value will be channelled to end buyers.

Genting has no control over area beyond gohtong Jaya. Genting has their own power and water supply.

More likely these development water supply is waste water overflow from upstream.

The power plant and reservoir were maintained by Genting for pass 15 years.
Genting is entitle for part of SKP for new development under separated agreement with Pahang state government.
In overall, if u wish to develop either within gotong area or hilltop,
U need to get a concern...

Those pocket land developers will not have capacity or capability to lay their own supply to their respective development unless u brought the land all the way from down hill to your development which is highly unlikely.

Since road was also maintained by them and do u think can lay the pipe and cable without their writing concern even at your own cost...

Staying at "half hill-top" will be attracted to go up. Plus, Genting also gives free room from time to time.
So, you do the math...

Genting now no more many free rooms

So many customers!!!

Peak season normally won't give free room.
Need to wait for low season eg mid Jan before CNY, Lunar calendar the seventh month, fasting month etc

Alternatively use the collected point to redeem room stay...
