Good luck for the investment. GRR delay 21 days until now not release. PSS less than 15% of your instalment. Unethical developer, when owner want to audit, keep delay the documents.

Developer ever give promised grr during peak period before? Now became low due to pandemic effect the renting rate?

Even without pandemic, none of those guaranteed rental scheme ever fulfilled their promise. After a few years, they will stop paying.

Bad move, retire at Genting is a big no. Yes nice place to stay, reaching 60 years old your body won't be that strong

hi ion delemen GENTING owner,

how is their GRR scheme, they got payout as promised. currently i want to invest property in genting as below. Ion Majestic is one of my considering. I know the pandemic is one of the cause that developer hard to pay as promised. but now the pandemic over and the tourism getting better., they should resume the GRR as promised. I have tried to stay there for a short trip. overall the hotel manage is good for me.

Genting project under development: -
1. Grand ION majestic
2. Antara Genting
3. Red Earch - genting xin tian di

Regardless Covid or not, GRR has always been a scam. You buy at inflated price and they stop paying after 2-5 years. None of the GRR project have fulfilled their promise

Purely tourism area so sure the risk will be higher. There are not any investment in this world without risk, but due diligent matter.

Never been there, maybe in feature will go there to see is it real as bad like people say haha.
