Nobody could ever beat a casino less making a living from a casino.

thru the years I have seen so many millionaires lost their fortune, families and career due to gambling.

None of the people I know or their relatives and friends ever could sustain a living thru gambling.

even if not 10 gamble 9 lose... I can confidently say at least 10 gamble 7 lose... in long run it's a losing game

If the purchaser is a retiree looking to buy a unit at Delemen (cash) as his holiday home = Good catch!

If purchaser is a young investor (maximum loan) and plan to rent it out = this unit will be back in auction next year

Even without pandemic, none of those guaranteed rental scheme ever fulfilled their promise. After a few years, they will stop paying.

Regardless Covid or not, GRR has always been a scam. You buy at inflated price and they stop paying after 2-5 years. None of the GRR project have fulfilled their promise
