It's not walking distance to Genting Highland, you need take shuttle bus or can, the building carpark looks badly maintained je, parking space slightly smaller than standard (most probably due to save cost) building design not sure how it passed CF, the gym floor there you can touch the ceiling without jumping, just slightly tilt your toe

Got geh....if for own stay for those working at Genting Highland or staff working at Genting ok geh, but that like moving towards amber court liao
You see those uphill residence like Ria, Kayangan mostly ppl at Genting stays turn out very bad and not well maintained but rental rate yahudi gila

For those considered decent for own stay I think better considered half hill

Retirement home.....free time go skycasino minun teh lepak casino play a few rounds
A lot ppl like that over there

Dude....a lot of ppl living very close to casino for a long time there already, mostly at half hill and some uphill doing small business on and off
Inside casino playing few hundred thousands per hand is like pocket change je.....to them it's past time , in Malaysia there are a lot of filthy rich ppl around

Nobody retires without incomes always got passive income like rental, business returns etcs , but to my surprise there are a lot ppl making a living inside casino

I visit casino like almost everyday so being approached

-service provider like room accomodations, Genting membership upgrading,

Mostly stay at Kayangan

That place is like a shit hole wey.....
The lobby ok la decent got shop, laundry, mamak but from outside if u wanna go in kinda scary.....
Still there is a lot of vehicles in and out shuttle

There is 2 , before Ria and another one the road towards ion before that

None.... Genting so many free rooms why wanna pay Airbnb for shitty place
From observation there are still short term rental room at Ria (quite a numbers especially families but not friendly walking to Genting Highland complex) and Kayangan (not many since a lot occupied by Genting staffs and 3rd parties)
If you stay Ria, you need walk up steep hill kinda lazy, half hill ok la you see still got quite a crowd especially on weekends, now the new norm good luck if you are doing airbnb
