It's not walking distance to Genting Highland, you need take shuttle bus or can, the building carpark looks badly maintained je, parking space slightly smaller than standard (most probably due to save cost) building design not sure how it passed CF, the gym floor there you can touch the ceiling without jumping, just slightly tilt your toe

460sqf value is approx $250K. The price is still high.. wait a few more rounds for it to drop

The layout is like a motel room with a balcony.

Not sure suitable for long term stay if not working nearby.

Dude....a lot of ppl living very close to casino for a long time there already, mostly at half hill and some uphill doing small business on and off
Inside casino playing few hundred thousands per hand is like pocket change je.....to them it's past time , in Malaysia there are a lot of filthy rich ppl around

Retirees without income to stay at uphill here is not that practical in my opinion..
Maybe a few are doing so..

Nobody retires without incomes always got passive income like rental, business returns etcs , but to my surprise there are a lot ppl making a living inside casino
