Obviously this is a huge blow. However, much will depends on who we bring in as replacement.

Allegri has been talking about having a fantasy number 10 all season end long... So I fully expect the money to be invested in one:

Preferred dream TQ / No. 10:

1st. Isco
2nd. Goetze
3rd. Draxler
4th. Ozil
5th. Meyer

According to reports so far, Draxler remains the highest possibility follow by Goetze. We can forget about Isco though as he is happy there, getting alot of game time compared to his first season and also he might think he is young and is at Real / Barca. Two biggest club in world football

Draxler is 21, cheaper at 15 to 20mil as he is injury plagued lately and Scalke is willing to listen to offers of 25mil loan with option to buy (Marotta is good at pulling cheap deals and loan with option to buy laugh.gif )

If Draxler joins Juve will be the club with the most wonderkids in European football:

- Daniele Rugani
- Paolo Dybala
- Paul Pogba
- Domenico Berardi
- Kingsley Coman
- Julien Draxler

Having too many wonderkids means a huge potential in the future... but while they are getting to World Class status we might suffer abit along the way. Its definitely interesting times at Juve...similarly at Man United whom like us is the two most active clubs in the market so far hmm.gif

Well if the deal of Vidal involving Gotze trading the shirt to the black & white, i'd say its kinda win-win situation for Juve though

Imagined the lineup of talented (Pogba,Gotze,Dybala,Morata,Rugani) along with the experienced
(Marchisio,Khedira,Mandzukic,Chiellini,Lichsteiner,Evra,Buffon)

what a perfectly balanced team we gonna have

Yeah i am concerned by the lack of transfer news since Vidal's departure.

I really feel it will be a misfit to field Dybala in an attacking midfielder role. He plays best as a SS aka Tevez. Dropping deep, to link up, score, and create.

Pogba on the other hand is a center midfielder. Hence his dribbling skills is wasted as dribbling players are best played nearer to goal or at the wings. Against Marseille i think his play making skills match more of Fabregas / Scholes position.

We definitely need a attacking midfielder.. Pereyra is a good player.. not good enough to take up to the next level. Coman is too young n in experience

A midfield of Pogba, Marchisio and Khedira will be awesome... Plus a middle man like Draxler and Dybala and Morata / Mandzukic .. then we can realistically talk more in Europe...

I think the time has pass for us to keep following the strategy of using 10mil to buy mid and strikers to take us to UCL final. It can work once but it wont work forever.. At the end of the day , to win the cup with the big ears... money must be spent... See Real, Barcelona, Chelsea....Cheapskate squad like ours, Atletico and Dortmund can only get us into the final but not win it sweat.gif

A top class attacking midfielder is required. 30 mil euros Marotta.. go get us Draxler now!

some of the latest news is that Juve are close in securing the transfer of Alex Sandro from FC Porto for 22M

since the transfer window ended in August i think Juve probably will sign atleast one more player. Hopefully it's either Isco or Draxler
*
A super signing. Our very own Brazilian full back since that failed Arthison. Alex will not as he is awesome thumbup.gif

Hope we have a new super Alexsandro "Del Piero" ooppps let keep it as Alex Sandro ok laugh.gif thumbup.gif

Marotta said we are definitely still in for a TQ. He mentioned Juve have the money and will get a quality TQ. I wonder who will that be... I hope it will not be Cuardrado.. coz he is a winger.. My wishlist:

- Isco
- Draxler
- Gotze

hmm.gif

GK: Buffon
DL: Sandro
DC: Bonucci
DC: Chiellini / Rugani
DR: Licht
DMC: Marchisio
MC: Pogba
MC: Sturaro / Khedira
AMC: Draxler
FC: Dybala
FC: Mandzukic / Morata

Now that is something

yeap, Marotta said he'll bring on someone "important" b4 the closing of the transfer window

my wishlist is the same as yours, but it think the most "easiest" target for Juve could probably Cuadrado

Draxler since Schalke quite desperate to sold him for their desired price, Gotze is unhappy for lack of playing
time at Bayern, while Isco might be available since Kovacic join Real..but i would be more than happy if any one
of them actually arrived here, especially Isco
*
thumbup.gif

To be honest I am surprised that Marotta sounded so confident in saying that a top play will arrive and that there is money available to spend. Looking at the current situation I am really wondering who this top player is. How come Marotta is so confident a top player will come hmm.gif

Juve really looks like a poor version from the team of last season..its Roma doing all the attacking

And Pjanic just scored a brilliant freekick right now...
*
Ver frustrating. Allegri wants to play a playmaker centric formation but so far no playmaker has arrived! Hence Allegri has to go to 3-5-2 which is horrible... The midfield is totally cut off from the strikers. We got no Tevez to drop deep to link, no Vidal to support, no Pirlo to pin point passes... We got Padoin there doh.gif mad.gif

Had it not been our top defence we could have been 2 nil down going into half time... Marotta did well in the first half of the transfer window but has now faded horribly..

I still got hopes for this team..its a matter of when they gonna  go firing on all cylinders
*
Yeah.. we definitely need to win against Chievo. Buy the way, anyone know where i can get last season's jersey? I cant find it at nike shop, sports direct so far sweat.gif

Allegri's version of 3-5-2 sucks to be honest. His 3-5-2 is better defensively in Europe but if we conceide then I think we are in big do do sweat.gif

If 3-5-2 is a must, I would prefer starting Alex Sandro against City. Sandro is strong, can defend and with lots of pace. Alex Sandro also has alot of UCL exp with FC Porto. Our team got no team work, no identity.. the last thing we need now is keep changing players and combo... like that they players will forever be unable to get familar with each other sweat.gif laugh.gif

yes. i would prefer Sandro no doubt. Evra is more experienced, but Sandro too, esp in UCL. And this is the Evra who lost 6-2
against City not too long ago. And like you, i don't really fancy Juve sitting back bcoz we've players who can really hurt the
opposition.

Tonight can either be make or break, but its still to early to pull any conclusion.
*
Ya... but I think this year might be a transition year for us... The Chievo game was sad sweat.gif

We are like a bunch of futsal kids with no game plan, eager to pour forward to score, to be the hero... no need for defense at all... mids and strikers all like that.. hence our great defense of Bazagli Bonucci all kena exposed kao kao. I hope Allegri can put a stop to this futsal mentality else we might kena ripped by Man City cry.gif

A super win... Our team of young and new players showed their quality and mental toughness by going to the most on form team in Europe away and came with a win.

BPL clubs can bully Napoli, AS Roma, SS Lazio, AC Milan and Inter... but not with our Juve wink.gif

hopefully they'll use this shirt in UCL, even at the home turf. Not bcoz i don't like the traditional black & white stripe but Juve just look menacing
when they put on all black kit(like when we trashed Celtic 3-0 in their so call fortress of Celtic Park 3 seasons ago). The neon-green shirt of UCL
last season were the one to forget though laugh.gif
*
I agree with you we look menacing...Black away shirts also have so far brought us good results away from home... Especially against English opposition laugh.gif
