Tottenham really taking control of the match, granted they're playing at home but I was hoping that with the current aggregate at 2-2, we would be more on the offensive, we've hardly touched the ball this first 20 mins and Buffon is really being put to work. Kinda worried to be honest

Wow, Tottenham kept pressing us high and the goal eventually came from them. Things not looking too good for us, messy defending. We are going to have to mount one hell of a come back to get to the next round.

We need another goal to seal this. Tottenham coming back strong with multiple attempts and they've just brought on Llorente for Dele Alli...things might get interesting, in our favour I hope!

Holy smokes guys! Goal line clearance by Barzagli at the 90th minute. 3 mins of added time.

I was like 0.005s away from getting a cardiac arrest!!! The Asabomb and Lich King double sub were pure tactical genius from Mad Max, totally caught Spurs off their guards.

Now we can relax and continue our journey for the 7th straight Scudetto. Napoli traveling to face Inter while we host Udinese.

wow, just watched the delayed game. First half was all Spurs, we're quite fortunate not to down atleast 2-3 goals

but as i said b4, if there's one team that can bounce after getting push to the wall, its probably Juve

Son's opening goal clearly "pushed" Juve to do what was necessary. And if Juve were serious we could get the crucial 3rd goal to sealed off the tie bcoz i'd mentioned Spurs high backline was their achilles heel, and it proven tonight

Even caught ME off guard too bro. Asamoah and Lichtsteiner like injected new life to the squad at such a crucial time of the match.

Man I miss watching live games; what a thrill to watch those two goals.

indeed. The UCL is a must, if not live, i'd watch the delayed telecast but trying to avoid any kind of spoiler in the particular day laugh.gif

i'm glad Juve shown the grinta at the right time. Most team would've down mentally with aggregate score against em and the other team playing
better than them.

I was under impression Juve will be lauk/bash again when Max fielded 4-3-3 with Barzagli on the right-back. That's suicidal. Son/Eriksen/Alli will breeze past him easily.

Boy I was very very wrong. Barzagli expertly marshalled his area, doing last distch tackles, clearing balls off the line and litterally throwing himself to block shots. It was his form (plus Chiellini) that Max was confident to withdraw Benatia & Matuidi, and send on more attacking Linchteiner/Asamoah.

So, today old guards BBC triumphant, might be their last season. Future UCL games this season are not to be missed.

Max also mock Spurs when he send in Sturaro. Conte/Lippi would send in Rugani to secure the result. But he might give Juve 3rd goal, unfortunately Sturaro sent in weak shot when no Spurs players bother to mark him biggrin.gif

I know. No worries bro biggrin.gif

its just that from my personal point of view(as football fan, not Juve fan), in term of team performance, Spurs did better than us in both matches

and the difference was that Juve did better in term of defending, and capitalizing on our limited chances, and i'm not ashamed to admit we've lady luck
smiling on us last night(that clearance on the goal line near the end of the match).

so to make it short, both team deserved to go through, its the question of whose scoring goals more than the other. And i'm glad its us

True man, last night's match really reminded me of how Juve can surprise even their own fans. I honestly thought it would be really tough coming back from Spurs' goal. I knew we still had the second-half to play but with the way we were playing I was worried it wouldn't be good enough. Then come the substitutions and a few minutes after that 2 goals within 3 minutes - just like that the tide changed. Of course Tottenham kept pounding us after that - that goal line clearance by Barzagli...at the 89th minute or so...I mean, what can I say?

that header by Kane(from offside position), if it had gone in..would be downright injustice for us. I'd admit Spurs being the better team in both leg in term of attacking performance, but if that goal had
gone in and the tie gone to extra time, i would be very unhappy if we went out by extra time or penalty shootout

so yeah, the lady luck was smiling to Juve last night, Barza getting to the ball first b4 any of Spurs players did

we kinda repeat what Bayern did to us back in 2015-16 to Spurs, Juve being the better team overall over the 2 leg, only to be crashed out after taking the lead and getting into
driver position
