you should call celcom 1111 hotline and lodge complain get a case ID<....>

if still no solution, repeat the process for 3 times,

collect all case ID and made complain to MCMC/SKMM

posting at here wont solve your issue at all, just my 2 cents

The problem is I called celcom few month back, they said I subscribe to the services and it was not from celcom. But if my credit expired, the service will auto cancelled until my next reload even if i send stop all service to the number. The only solution to me now is not to reload the number and buy new 1, since this problem only happen to my old number ( same problem with my wife and parent old number too ).

Happened to my old maxis number hence I changed to celcom.

It is actually not connected to a particular telco service provider. Somehow someone managed to register your number and subscribed to the service.

Just call the telco and clarify what services that has been subscribed and tell them to cancel them. If they can't, I think you can ask them from which company are the services from.

I also lodged a complaint to tribunal and some action was taken. Now my bill is at a steady rate as what I've subscribed.

This sh!t happens to me as well.

I own a xpax number for few years, but I just reload and kept the number active, hardly make outgoing calls, only meant for incoming only.

Until certain period where I started to notice why my credit getting lesser despite on my usage pattern.

Only I realise is because of those culprit services which I didn't even subscribe!!!

Went to complain directly at Celcom service centre, I think around 3 times, still the same thing repeating...

I think I will MNP to other Telco once my 2 years validity is finish...

This happens to me also. 2 times already some stupid third party service subscription from celcom wireless broadband data line thru SMS. Need to send stop SMS if not will charged RM1/2 days. I think I will terminate the celcom broadband plan and don't bother paying them anything anymore. Celcom also earn a portion of that from the third party service.
