my celcom prepaid XPAX WITH NOKIA STUPID PHONE ( NON SMART PHONE , NO INTERNET )
.... eaten my credit $xx within 3 days , and keep sending SMS to me , till my msg box full ...

I CANT BEAR IT , ANY MORE , THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME ,

I AM NOW PORTING TO OTHER AND CHANGE TO OTHER TELCO

NOW MY CREDIT IS 0.XX ONLY , BEFORE WAS RM2X PLUS
ALL EATEN BY CELCOM , I SAD.

MAY I KNOW WHICH TELCO WITH LESS SHORT CODE ( 5 DIGIT )
AND SMS SCAM ?

CELCOM PREPAID SCAM , ALL PLEASE AWARE

THE ONLY WAY , IS PORTED OUT.

I DID CALL CS , CANT EVEN TO TRACE AND NO RECORD , AND COST ME MORE MONEY TO CALL AND WAITING AND PENDING

IS " INSIDER DOING OR ANY MATTER " , DO YOU AGREE ?

hi bro , i am a poor people , only keep my celcom xpax credit for about RM1x as lower , cXlcom still want scam my credit to ZERO , is it my HARD earn money

and some more sending sms "INSUFFICIENT Amount to deduct the services... " which i never apply ,

this phone is only for calling only in NOKIA 101 phone , non smart phone , no sms , no MMS ...

i need work and spending time on my daily , calling and asking i am tired , i feel like a BEGGER.

you still with CELCOM ? i lost the TRUST and run..... , MNP and porting is only way , i did notice some telco with non 5 digit services ...

anyone share with me ? is it XOX ?

so personally I think Celcom customer service sucks big time. UMobile also have poor response frm my sister's experience. In addition, TM unifi CS are also slow & inexperienced.

having to chase a case lasting over 5 weeks, is unacceptable no matter what technical issues they have. So far my experience shows Maxis have quick effective response compared to others, although I only use their broadband services.
