QUOTE(chuahcs79 @ Apr 15 2015, 11:32 PM) you should call celcom 1111 hotline and lodge complain get a case ID<....> if still no solution, repeat the process for 3 times, collect all case ID and made complain to MCMC/SKMM posting at here wont solve your issue at all, just my 2 cents The problem is I called celcom few month back, they said I subscribe to the services and it was not from celcom. But if my credit expired, the service will auto cancelled until my next reload even if i send stop all service to the number. The only solution to me now is not to reload the number and buy new 1, since this problem only happen to my old number ( same problem with my wife and parent old number too ). QUOTE(jlsq @ Apr 15 2015, 11:34 PM) hmm how come no people complaint the same about maxis? My maxis currently haven't got this problem yet.

QUOTE(scamboy @ Jan 5 2016, 08:40 PM) Do a proper complaint with Celcom, get a case ID. Wait 30 days, if no response, complaint to SKMM. You should be able to get back all your credit. Celcom will have to refund. If you are really upset about this and if SKMM doesn't solve it, go make a police report (for fraud) and send Celcom/content provider a copy. Solve already...celcom do refund to my account, disable mms auto receive after i got this problem.
