Ya, 900-1mil for new double storey, consider very normal.

But luxury seems don't fit into Seri Kembangan or Bukit Serdang area.

Is this those normal landed or those shared parking at G floor but need to climb up staircase just to reach living hall?? Feel weird why they are using Block A-F...

It seems due to spec n price difrence hence the labelling by Blok. Suppose to be regular terrece with huge car porch

doesn't look like there's any double storey terrace planned for this development though. All triple storey, no wonder 1 mil and above..

Maybe is going like town villa , with size 20x70 to maximise the profits
