On point, I have started to doubt sdb...very sneaky n yes the location miss match the property being launched here, not a great one... I shall pass my option of purchading here, just sign up at bandar kinrara for the almost similar price point but matching the location n property value n vibe. Heard even the next door affiniti didn't sell..... N loads of freebies are thrown to make the sale. All I can say my money is not worth this area  and definately not for this property developer.

Just locked a 4+1 rooms intermediate unit today, RM446 psf for 2497sf.  Almost a deal breaker with that maid room occupying most of the kitchen space but the agent said might be able to knock off the maid room wall.  Hence, locked it first until they confirm with developer in these few days.  Anyone else lock any unit or any thoughts (bad/good)?

Built up, RM0.22 psf with limited facilities though. 😅

Yes 500+ for 2-storey and 700+ for 3-storey.  Can pay for a low-cost flat instalment already. 

This could be another deal breaker for me, any other new landed choice in this area with similar pricing?

Last week when i visit on 4 dec already fully booked. So putting my name on waiting list, still waiting for any unit that loan reject or withdraw from their booking. Since you locked a unit, what you thinking so far for this project?

Yea I think the car park is a major turn off for 3-storey potential buyers.  Some more they need to pay RM700+ monthly maintenance fees.

Not sure if alley has lighting like basement car park, which I think they should really get those installed.

Hmm, why need to push since there's an alley for the inner cars to access? 

The real concern for me is the potential argument with opposite neighbour and the potential noise created while cars passing by through the alley, hopefully not too disturbing 

I thought the maintenance fees can change after a year. Change the management to reduce the fees. Sunlight can come in from ur garden area. Kitchen area there a void, can get indirect sunlight.

Yea i did, my main contention isnt with the stairs going up from the parking, its more to width of the house in affinity, this feel a lot spacious in tht sense...

The selling point of this concept is not having a cars park in front of your living hall with smelling all those exhaust smell and nothing to see in front as well other than seeing your cars. Regarding the maintenance fee is a give and take, paying extra for nicer environment with club house.
