I think it will be narrower at parking if u exclude the staircase?? Say 23ft - 4ft, just left with 19ft, narrower than those 20 or 22ft double storey.. this townhouse concept causing it to have high maintenance fee i think.. Usually landed is just RM200-300 monthly, but this one, much higher right? The additional amount can buy another myvi?

I doubt exhaust smell will go in the house, and u can control the exhaust of ur own car.
but imagine if u r sick or injured but still need climb up staircase to go home, I think this will worse. especially for elderly with knee problem.

What is the wattage that it can support?? Nowadays, AC can go up to 22kwh if is 3 phase landed.. But this project is single phase or 3 phase? If 3 phase then can support max 7kwh only??
