1-you can do it at ATM/CDM
2-if you have Maybank2u account, you can do it online and it will take effect immediately
3-if you do not have maybank2u account, you can do it via credit card payment by Interbank giro, it will take effect next working day

does anyone know the difference between gold and platinum cards in term of benefits?

i got my plat cards by pledging fd, but now i think the amount pledged gives me a CL too large for my monthly spend. i'm thinking of requesting repledging a smaller amount and CL decrease, and possibly a downgrade to gold.

Just to point out that the 2nd option won’t work because M2U does not allow over-payment to cc cards.

i've tried the 2nd option before, not applicable.
will try through CDM then. usually it will be reflected in statement balance instantly or need to wait a few hours/days?

AFAIK, the statement balance wont change whether you have made the payment or not. It will only reflect on the outstanding balance, as for how long I can't comment as I never try it, maybe others can help answer?

of course! smile.gif

1st/2nd day of the month is also another important day: the day we can see the cashback from previous month's spending biggrin.gif

p/s: there's a little note if transaction on last day but posted to next month. refer Post #2, FAQ #20.

By the way, cash back here is they offset your bill by RMXX, or they deposit RMXX into your account?
