after 5 years working with telcos, U Mobile would never tarik balik something without offering better things, some comments above pointed out the issue as well, U rely on pricing for now as they only got the better coverage and indoor experience next year, before that simply enjoy it as there is no contract, I always encourage customers to port to better plan, when umobile better then port in back, beneficial both of us hehe

I just ported into U Mobile because the stupid WeBe looks like won't be ready for a few months more.

What can I say about U Mobile?

Well, it still sucks. The speed is not up to par, the line frequently slow, so you still will find problems playing with REAL TIME mobile games (which all require a consistent, stable and fast connection).

But at least, a bit better than Celcom. Celcom was really terrible as far as line quality is concerned.

Don't just look at how much GB all these telcos offer, but look at the QUALITY.

The quality is still bad.

So far Umobile has been good for me - I'm at OUG on 26 Floor and my umobile reception is almost full...surprise suprise - my work Maxis line only has 3 bars -

LTE connectivity I get about 10 - 12 Mbps - Upload 10 - 11mbps

For Maxis LTE  I get 6 Mbps and upload around 4mbps

Office in Bukit Bintang - 29th Floor I get around 9- 12 Mbps, upload around 6 - 10 Mbps

So overall its ok for me - notice when i go to the basement car park - automatically it switches to its roaming partner - Maxis and automatically goes to Edge - while my Maxis still has 3G.

Lets see what happens when i go back to my hometown up north labor day weekend...

I've yet to see 20 Mbps yet - then again I've been using this in high rise buildings - haven't had time to test outside much

youtube streaming is free from 2 to 10am as long as you have an active plan (power prepaid without any active plan is not qualified)... and it is only for 500mb, less than 30 min if streaming full hd 1080p... the 500mb will be renewed everyday...
yes, streaming using wifi modem, mifi, portawifi, or device like tl-mr3420 is possible...

Finally we figured out what problem, this overdue payment is the hotlink famous advance credit method, meaning if you SOS credit with maxis and not yet return to them, they would reject the port out request for prepaid

I am currently on power prepaid. If i subscribe to UMI 25, how many minutes of free call to umobile numbers per day? Since power prepaid user will have 15mins / day of free call to umobile numbers already, but the free call to umobile stated in UMI 25 is not clearly stated.

The Power prepaid as in attached pics, is of 3g or 4g ?

Because every time it shows H+ on my tablet, but the speed is a lot faster than maxis

I believe there is one way to fulfill your wish ..... If I understand correctly, you can switch to the old prepaid plan and then switch back to the power plan and "reboot" everything on the day of your choice.
