TOP UP RM 1 = 1 day, thats all, so u MUST MINIMUM top up RM 30 monthly to keep active

yup u are right, we are happier to serve customer in postpaid brows.gif

but in fact for UMI30 is 1.5gb + free 1gb = 2.5gb also, not that much expensive than postpaid also

but u28 got LTE or not? i got different answer from cs. anyone using u28 with LTE here?

can connect to LTE network but you won't get LTE speeds. Only when u speedtest to umobile server you get LTE speeds. Otherwise, NO.

o thanks for the information, at least can connect to lte then it will be the great news for me cause when im connect to umobile 3G network i cannot surf internet at all but LTE can

Hi,why yesterday I top up the money for umobile ,but I purchese the broadband data,just always show me system is currently unavailable, please try again later. yesterday until now cannot purchase. Ask the customers service said open report only...

Hi, I would like to ask, do I need to reload my Umobile prepaid by certain ways then only will be able to earn Ucard points?

'Cause before this I had been using CIMBClicks for 1 year+, and I got to earn the points. But recently I tried using Maybank2u (get the reload PIN), but no points earned, even though I reload RM50.

Maxis postpaid addon for 1GB Broadband already RM18, so this U28 is cheap.

BTW have to pay 6% GST for all operators' Prepaid reload?

last time im using U50 = 2GB/month.

after that, this year, umobile changing their plan.

i email the umobile customer service. because with new plan, with same amount of billing which is RM50/month (new plan called P50), user can get 5GB/month. instead of my plan only 2GB/month. very not fair. haha

then umobile reply, my plan U50 not entitle for 5GB/month. so i told them i will change to P50 plan after this.

a week later, i receive the email that mention(system email), umobile offer all U50 users to change the plan to P50. and i accept the offer.

now i am the P50 users. Yay! i have using umobile for a long years, never disappointed with the coverage (all my place, hometown, home, office, got 3G/LTE brows.gif)

for RM50 u will get 5gb summore with free call etc.

just share my story here. haha.

anndddd.. i love their new apps. easy to track my data balance.

how you log in their apps?Through the log in with facebook?
i touch the log in but cant go in to the insert id and password page.

then keyin my id and password same with u.com.my account.
it smooth process.

not sure why you can't.
