Hi, I would like to ask, do I need to reload my Umobile prepaid by certain ways then only will be able to earn Ucard points?
'Cause before this I had been using CIMBClicks for 1 year+, and I got to earn the points. But recently I tried using Maybank2u (get the reload PIN), but no points earned, even though I reload RM50. |

last time im using U50 = 2GB/month.
after that, this year, umobile changing their plan. i email the umobile customer service. because with new plan, with same amount of billing which is RM50/month (new plan called P50), user can get 5GB/month. instead of my plan only 2GB/month. very not fair. haha then umobile reply, my plan U50 not entitle for 5GB/month. so i told them i will change to P50 plan after this. a week later, i receive the email that mention(system email), umobile offer all U50 users to change the plan to P50. and i accept the offer. now i am the P50 users.
