This is my first bill for U28.
![]() Down there stated "NA Prepaid Credit Transfer". Does that mean that my remaining prepaid credit before I convert was brought over? I thought as I knew previously, remaining credit will be gone... |

QUOTE(CnY Garage @ Aug 5 2015, 10:21 AM) yup we do provide original nano sim , some charge RM 10, for postpaid registration I charge extra Rm 5, which other sizes are free Have a look at this link. someone asked on their fb then umobile replied. u are lucky for this because we are being told the credit would be burned for sure and thats what i was telling my customer as well. the LTE mifi can connect by PC through USB cable yes, u may try to buy a prepaid broadband card to test the coverage / signal now whether u are satisfy or not. it consume ur 018 free call, if u do not have 018 free call, it charges. customer.service@u.com.my, yup u just need to attach ur ic copy(cross it for umobile cancel itemized bill only) write down ur umobile number, what plan request to cancel itemized bill and request e billing. https://www.facebook.com/umobile/photos/a.2...2%3A%22R9%22%7D |

QUOTE(SmokeyTheBear @ Aug 11 2015, 05:58 PM) I went ahead and got the U Mobile 88 postpaid "broadband", since it is the only no-contract option I could find. Regretting it, the same reason I discontinued using it 2 years ago. Where is your exact location? The connection is ok sometimes, but out of a sudden I will lose signal (or get EDGE instead of HSPA) and be unable to reconnect for some time. Very unstable. Highly recommend against getting U Mobile for internet. I wanted to get the LTE modem for better speed/stability, but at the U Mobile service centre they told me it was out of stock and would not be restocked, so I was stuck with the 3G modem. Sigh, have to cancel it again. What is the cutoff period for cancelling internet subscription, so that they don't charge you for the next month? Also, do I have to return the "free" Mifi modem? |

QUOTE(SmokeyTheBear @ Aug 11 2015, 09:45 PM) Already e-mailed U Mobile about the issue, haven't got a reply yet. According to coverage map in umobile website, the 3G coverage there is very scattered. Is your exact location under the 3G area? If not then can't do much.I'm in Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru. I just hope I can get Unifi soon (pending since installer has long schedule), because the 9GB quota MB88 is simply not enough to last the month. I'm not even a heavy downloader! Just regular usage shared with 2 other people in the house. |
