It's with in reach , after all Mercury Securities endorsed Al Salam with RM 1.20 Fair Value @ TP ( 20 % premium)...!

Al-Salam REIT is backed by SOLID assets , STEADY income...$$$$$$$$

why not ?....Rm 1.38 is merely 15 % over the MERCURY SECURITIES FAIR VALUE ( RM 1.20 )

after all you see all the IPO lately ( previous 8 IPO ) , all overshoot the IB's @ Broking firm TP !

see the latest IPO >> AEMULUS almost DOUBLE 100 % ( hit 55 sen ) ( from the IPO price 28 sen )
( there is even IB given TP merely 30 sen - 2 sen above the IPO 28 sen ) ...cehhhh )
