no doubt, quality is good.. but not good service after sales.. its kinda bad.. sweat.gif

if you gonna go for gaming, metal casing will be much better, considering heat disperse and heat flow will gives effect for cooling... how much u willing to stretch your budget? if you wanna get better build+quality+warranty+service.. 4.2k will be a great bang for bucks..

else.. few options jz like new lenovo Y50,

Lenovo is also good contender too... brushed aluminum cover on the lid and at the bottom. Inside you will find a soft-touch matte plastic. Actually, this is one of the best looking notebooks on the market, but as every product out there, each has its own drawbacks.

The CPU and GPU are really close together, while both fans are placed apart and concentrating the airflow at only one place...

warranty, seems like same as asus.. but this new lenovo.. might be much better than previous series that involve heat issue.

i think, can get around 3.5k include gst..

not own.. but IBM sale it.. now IBm focus more for other aspects compare to notebook manufacturing.

no.. not like dat.. they only sold PC business (thinkpad).. cz they are losing money more than making money.. as investment for R&D is increase, so.. they feel, they better sell it to lenovo, at that time.. lenovo not so famous.. but after dat.. its getting reputation.. i think they sell it in 2004 or 2005.. dat time i crazy with satelite notebook build by IBM sweat.gif
